Conditions.

We undertake to provide good quality accommodation, food, water, exercise and supervision for your dog during their stay at the Residencia Canina Bethoven.

We will give the dog back to the owner in the same condition as when it arrived.

The owner agrees to pay the agreed cost for the service, and any additional costs incurred as a result of illness.

The owner agrees to pay the full amount for the service, and the dog will not be released into their care until the bill is settled.

The owner agrees to collect the dog at the agreed time. Any additional days will be charged at the daily rate.

If after 15 days, the dog has not been collected, the ownership of the dog transfers to the Residencia Canina Bethoven.

The service we provide is not covered to include illness, death or damage caused by your pet to another dog. The owner must have the appropriate up-to-date insurance policy.

The owner agrees that their dog has up-to date vaccinations for rabies, as well as distemper, leptospirosis, parvovirus and hepatitis (a heptavalente injection).

The owner agrees that they must have their dog vaccinated for kennel-cough prior to their stay, and that it will wear an anti-insect collar.
